Please review the details of your order for accuracy at checkout. You will also receive an email to confirm your purchase that will confirm the details you have selected for your order. If you feel there are adjustments that need to be made, or if you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase by clicking on the orange "Contact Us" tab to the right of your screen. When contacting us about adjustments that need to be made, please type "ORDER ADJUSTMENT REQUEST" In the Product title/Subject line.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM OR RETURN IT FOR A REFUND?

All returns and refunds are subject to the discretion of Handcrafted 360. It is always our hopes that you'll love your new handmade knobs, but we are happy to work with you in the event that you would like to return your purchase. Please contact us 7 days of delivery to receive a Handcrafted 360 return authorization number (RMA#) to be noted on the outside of your return package.

Approved returns of handmade items must be post marked within 1 week of approval, properly packaged for protection, accompanied with a Handcrafted 360 return authorization number (RMA#) and received in original condition to qualify for a refund of the purchase price or store credit. Please note we are unable to refund on shipping charges on returned items.

MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED. HOW CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND*?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of order delivery by clicking on the orange "Contact Us" tab to the right of your screen. Please write DAMAGED SHIPMENT in the Product title/Subject line. We may request a photo(s) image of any damage. It is important to keep all packaging supplies until we have fully addressed the issue. We may require a return* to complete a refund.

THERE HAS BEEN A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER. HOW CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND*?

If you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of order delivery by clicking on the orange "Contact Us" tab to the right of your screen. Please write ORDER ERROR in the Product title/Subject line. We may require a return* to complete a refund.
